I am writing my Term Paper for writing class and it has to be five pages long. I am doing it on the Brontes and it has been fun, but today I am just beat to a fray from working on it.

One of these books, an “issue” of Blackwood’s Young Men’s Magazine
(inspired by Blackwood’s Edinburgh Magazine), is only about three inches when opened. Branwell and Charlotte competed in the writing of their tiny books, always trying to be the genius and best inventor of the places, people, and things. Later Emily and Anne invented their own world—the Moorish land of Gondal. In their small activities, it is shown that the surviving siblings had only one another, making it a sweet quartet.
